This course is designed to provide all Housing Works staff, peers, volunteers, and partners.
In Navigating Tough Conversations, you will learn tactical tools on how best to prepare for and deliver tough topics, as well as how best to react and respond when tough topics are brought to you. We will not only work through practical frameworks but also customized scenarios so you will leave equipped to tackle these inevitable and important conversations going forward!
This training will be facilitated by Housing Works staff members: Maria Salas-Fofanah, Nancy Chevalier, Edu Villanueva-Vega, Alcia Peterkin, Jada Sanchez, and Johnny Guaylupo.
This course is offered once per quarter in an open format to serve as a refresher for staff members.
